Vehicle Warranty Claims Lawyers

Have you had your vehicle warranty claim declined? Amongst the most common reasons claims are rejected are:

  • drive on damage
  • wear and tear
  • driver negligence
  • pre-existing problem.

The experience is often made worse by you having to pay for expensive inspections or reports on the EV battery, ERAD or gearbox, or having an engine strip down or an expert vehicle inspection, before the claim is even considered.

Not only does this leave you with a big bill before you get started, but also the risk of being left with a boot full of parts when the claim is not approved.

If your claim has been declined, we may be able to help. Contact our vehicle warranty specialist lawyer today on 0333 700 7676.
