If you decide to engage us, we will ask you to sign both a letter of instruction and a Code of Conduct which states that you understand what our professional capacity, and what is, and is not included in the work we do for you. The work you instruct us to carry out will usually include reviewing and analysing the documents, communicating with interested parties (with your written authority if necessary) and/or their legal representatives, drafting a legal opinion, particulars of claim and/or settlement agreement and providing legal advice. This work will be included in the fixed fee, which is payable in advance.

We will also send you a ‘Right to Cancel’ document which sets out your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You will be asked to provide two pieces of ID to enable us to comply with our Money Laundering obligations.
Our fees do not include any court representation, court fees, tracing fees or post judgement debt collection services.
